Hi, I’m Airi!

夫の海外赴任に伴い、2025/1からカリフォルニア州オレンジカウンティーで生活しています。夫と今年迎えた愛犬との2人と1匹暮らし。

I moved to Orange County, California in January 2025 to join my husband for his work assignment. We currently live with our sweet girl, a Borador (Labrador-Border Collie mix) we recently adopted.

アメリカで経験したことやYotube【Airi's Vlog.】では伝えきれなかったこと等を発信していきたいと思いこのブログをはじめました。

I started this blog to share my life in the U.S. and dive deeper into things I can’t always cover on my YouTube channel, "Airi's Vlog."

学生の頃から英語を喋れるようになりたいと思ってはいたものの、なかなか勇気が出ず留学する機会を失ってしました。社会人になってからも英語を話したいと思っていたので、今回夫のおかげで英語しか使わない環境に身を置くことができて感謝しかありません。

I’ve always dreamed of speaking English fluently since I was a student, but I never quite had the courage to study abroad. Now that I’m finally in an English-speaking environment, I’m so grateful for this opportunity.

1年前から日本語も話せるネイティブの先生の個人レッスンを受けています(^▽^)

アメリカでの生活にも慣れてきたので、ESL(無料の英語レッスン)、求人に応募して働きだそうと考えてます✨

I’ve been taking private lessons with a native-speaking teacher for about a year now. As I get more settled into life here, my next goals are to join ESL classes and start looking for a job! ✨
